Refund Policy

Please review this policy before purchasing or using paid, promotional, pilot, or early-access membership levels on MyCreditUW.

Important: MyCreditUW is a readiness, education, preparation, AI-assisted insight, document organization, and profile visibility platform. It is not a lender, underwriter, credit repair company, financial advisor, credit bureau, approval system, or guarantee of any outcome.

Overview

MyCreditUW provides digital access to V2 readiness tools, simulated readiness reports, progress tracking, document upload tools, AI-assisted insights, credit-report organization, self-employment worksheet tools, What-If simulations, file readiness planning, and membership-based platform features.

Because access is provided digitally and many features become available immediately after checkout, our refund policy is outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by MyCreditUW in an exceptional case, all purchases made through MyCreditUW are final and non-refundable.

This includes Free-to-paid upgrades, Pilot Access, Founding Access, promotional access, pre-launch access, early-access offers, and discounted membership purchases.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are receiving access to a digital platform and that platform access may begin immediately.

Promotional, Pilot, and Free Access Codes

MyCreditUW may offer limited promotional codes, pilot codes, free trial access, Founding access promotions, or limited-time membership offers.

  • Promotional access may be limited by time, user count, membership level, or platform availability.
  • Free or discounted promotional access has no cash value.
  • Expired promotional access does not create a refund right.
  • MyCreditUW may modify, limit, pause, or end promotional access programs at any time.

Why Refunds Are Generally Not Offered

MyCreditUW provides immediate access to digital platform tools, readiness calculations, AI-assisted features, document-related workflows, simulations, and member-only pages. Because access begins digitally and platform value may be delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.

Platform Nature and Limitations

MyCreditUW is a simulated and preparation-focused environment. Platform results may be based on user-entered data, uploaded documents, AI-assisted extraction, cached AI outputs, readiness scoring logic, and membership-level access rules.

  • Readiness scores are not approvals or denials.
  • Confidence scores are not underwriting decisions.
  • AI insights may be incomplete, limited, or inaccurate.
  • Document extraction may misread or fail to read some documents.
  • What-If results are simulations only.
  • Different lenders, creditors, dealers, programs, or partners may apply different standards.

Dissatisfaction with a readiness score, confidence score, AI insight, document result, simulated outcome, locked feature, or preparation recommendation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Membership Levels and Locked Features

Features may differ between Free Preview, Pilot Access, Founding Access, and any partner or promotional access level. Some sections may be locked, blurred, limited, preview-only, or unavailable depending on the membership level.

A refund is not provided because a feature is limited to a higher membership level, unavailable in Free access, being tested during pilot, or changed as part of platform development.

AI and Document Upload Features

AI-assisted features and document upload tools are provided to support preparation, organization, and readiness understanding. They do not replace professional advice, lender review, tax review, legal review, credit bureau review, or manual verification.

  • AI document reading may be limited by membership level.
  • Uploaded documents must be reviewed by the user for accuracy.
  • AI results may be cached to avoid repeated processing when source data has not changed.
  • Document upload or AI analysis does not guarantee improved readiness or any outside approval.

Account Usage and Data Responsibility

Each account is intended for individual use. Users are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing saved data, verifying AI-assisted outputs, and logging out when using shared devices.

  • Do not share login credentials.
  • Do not upload documents you are not authorized to upload.
  • Report unexpected account data, incorrect restore behavior, or wrong-profile display immediately.

Exceptional Situations

Refunds or account credits may be considered only in limited situations, at MyCreditUW’s discretion, such as:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Billing errors.
  • Payment taken for the wrong membership level.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the platform after reasonable troubleshooting.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed case by case.

Pilot Issue Reporting

During pilot testing, users may encounter bugs, limited workflows, locked sections, or features that are still being improved. Users should report platform issues using the Report a Problem link or issue-reporting page.

Reporting an issue helps improve the platform but does not automatically create a refund right.
