5. AI-Assisted Processing

MyCreditUW may use AI-assisted tools to help extract visible facts from uploaded documents, summarize readiness information, identify possible gaps, explain confidence signals, and provide plain-language insights.

  • AI tools may be limited by membership level, system availability, usage limits, or document quality.
  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unable to read certain documents.
  • AI-generated results should be reviewed by the user before relying on them.
  • AI does not make lending, underwriting, credit repair, legal, tax, financial, or approval decisions.

6. Data Sharing & Partner Visibility

MyCreditUW does not sell user data. Certain information may become visible through controlled platform workflows depending on user consent, partner access, membership level, visibility settings, readiness thresholds, and platform rules.

  • User data is not sold or resold to third parties.

MyCreditUW uses reasonable safeguards and is continuing to improve its security and access-control architecture. However, no online platform, storage system, AI tool, or document workflow can guarantee complete security, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.

Users should not treat MyCreditUW as a secure document vault, legal record system, lender system, credit bureau system, or official underwriting platform. The platform is designed for readiness preparation, organization, and controlled visibility.
