Terms of Use & Platform Agreement

These Terms of Use & Platform Agreement (โ€œAgreementโ€) govern access to and use of the MyCreditUW platform, including member tools, readiness reports, progress tracking, document upload features, AI-assisted insights, partner visibility features, and related V2 platform services.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, uploading information, submitting documents, using AI-assisted features, or continuing to use MyCreditUW, you agree to this Agreement.

MyCreditUW is a readiness, education, preparation, and profile organization platform. MyCreditUW is not a lender, broker, credit repair company, credit bureau, financial institution, underwriter, or approval system.

1. Platform Purpose

MyCreditUW helps users organize financial profile information, understand readiness signals, view simulated readiness scores, track progress, upload supporting documents, and prepare for future financial conversations. The platform may use scoring logic, document evidence, AI-assisted analysis, and structured readiness explanations to help users better understand their file.

  • Readiness scores are preparation tools only.
  • Confidence scores are based on available information, document support, and profile consistency.
  • AI insights are educational and informational only.
  • Platform outputs are not approvals, denials, underwriting decisions, loan recommendations, or guarantees.

2. No Lending, Underwriting, Credit Repair, or Financial Advice

MyCreditUW does not originate loans, approve applications, deny applications, make underwriting decisions, provide credit repair services, dispute credit information, guarantee financing, or provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or financial advice.

Any readiness score, confidence score, AI-generated explanation, document review, progress suggestion, or file-readiness recommendation is for preparation and education only. It should not be interpreted as a promise that any lender, creditor, dealer, institution, or partner will approve or offer any product.

3. Simulated and Preparation-Focused Platform

The platform may use simulated readiness logic, general industry expectations, document evidence, user-entered information, and AI-assisted summaries to help users understand their preparedness. These tools are designed to help users identify possible gaps, strengths, inconsistencies, and areas to review before they decide to apply elsewhere.

  • Readiness calculations may change as the platform improves.
  • Different lenders, programs, creditors, or partners may use different standards.
  • Platform results should not be treated as official eligibility findings.
  • Users remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it outside the platform.

4. Account Responsibility

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and authorized information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Users should not share accounts or allow unauthorized access.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing saved profile information, uploaded documents, and AI-assisted outputs for accuracy.
  • MyCreditUW may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

5. Membership Access, Trials, Discounts, and Feature Availability

MyCreditUW may offer different membership levels, including free, pilot, founding, partner, or promotional access. Features may vary by membership level.

  • Free access may include limited previews or locked sections.
  • Pilot access may include expanded readiness, progress, document, and limited AI features.
  • Founding access may include deeper AI-assisted tools, document intelligence, file readiness planning, and advanced features.
  • Promotional codes, free trials, or pilot access may expire, change, or be limited by availability.
  • Some features may remain in testing, simulated, limited, or pilot-only mode.

6. User-Entered Data

Users may enter information about income, employment, debts, housing, credit estimates, selected financial path, goals, document availability, and other profile details. MyCreditUW uses this information to create readiness views, progress views, simulations, document checklists, and related platform outputs.

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may affect readiness results.
  • Updating profile information may change readiness, progress, confidence, or AI-generated outputs.
  • MyCreditUW may store profile information to support login restoration, cross-page syncing, and account continuity.

7. Document Uploads and Document Evidence

Users may upload documents to support their profile, such as income documents, bank statements, tax documents, credit reports, identity documents, or other readiness-related records. Uploaded documents may be used to support document readiness, confidence scoring, AI-assisted extraction, evidence tracking, and future partner-request workflows.

  • Users should only upload documents they are authorized to upload.
  • Users should not upload false, altered, fraudulent, or unauthorized documents.
  • Document upload does not guarantee improved readiness, approval, eligibility, or partner acceptance.
  • Document review may be automated, AI-assisted, limited, incomplete, or unavailable depending on access level and system status.
  • Users should verify all extracted document data before relying on it.

8. AI-Assisted Features

MyCreditUW may use AI-assisted tools to help summarize readiness, extract document information, detect inconsistencies, explain file gaps, generate preparation insights, or provide plain-language guidance.

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misread uploaded documents.
  • AI does not make lending, approval, underwriting, legal, tax, or credit repair decisions.
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed by the user for accuracy.
  • AI may be limited by membership level, document quality, system availability, usage limits, or platform rules.
  • MyCreditUW may cache AI results to reduce repeated processing when information has not changed.
AI-assisted insights are intended to help users understand their file in plain language. They are not professional advice and should not replace review by a qualified professional, lender, advisor, tax professional, attorney, or credit specialist.

9. Credit Report and Credit-Related Information

If users upload or enter credit-related information, MyCreditUW may help organize visible facts such as estimated credit score, account balances, monthly payments, utilization, inquiries, derogatory items, or other credit report details.

  • MyCreditUW does not provide credit repair.
  • MyCreditUW does not dispute credit information.
  • MyCreditUW does not guarantee score increases.
  • Credit-related insights are readiness-focused and educational only.
  • Users should contact the appropriate credit bureau, creditor, lender, or qualified professional for formal credit matters.

10. Self-Employment and Income Tools

The platform may include tools for self-employed users, including worksheet calculations, document-assisted extraction, income organization, and AI-assisted income-readiness explanations.

  • Worksheet outputs are estimates and preparation tools only.
  • Users must verify income figures before relying on them.
  • MyCreditUW does not provide tax, accounting, lending, or underwriting advice.
  • Applying worksheet values to a profile may affect readiness calculations and should be reviewed carefully by the user.

11. What-If and Simulation Tools

MyCreditUW may provide What-If or simulation tools that allow users to test possible changes to their profile. These simulations are hypothetical and do not change official readiness data unless the platform clearly provides an apply/update process.

  • Simulations are not predictions or guarantees.
  • Simulated results may differ from actual outcomes.
  • What-If results should remain separate from official profile data unless confirmed by the user.

12. Partner Visibility and Consent

MyCreditUW may offer partner-facing tools that allow approved partners to view limited readiness summaries or profile signals when permitted by platform rules and user consent.

  • Partner visibility may depend on readiness, confidence, profile settings, and user consent.
  • Partners should not treat MyCreditUW readiness data as an underwriting decision.
  • Uploaded documents should not be automatically released to partners unless a controlled release process or user consent applies.
  • Users may be offered settings or workflows related to visibility, consent, document requests, or partner review.

13. Acceptable Use

  • Users may not submit fraudulent, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawful information.
  • Users may not attempt to bypass access rules, membership restrictions, locks, or security controls.
  • Users may not access or attempt to access another userโ€™s data.
  • Users may not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with platform systems.
  • Users may not misuse AI outputs, readiness data, partner tools, or document workflows.

14. Data Storage, Persistence, and Security

MyCreditUW may store account data, profile data, readiness outputs, progress outputs, document metadata, AI outputs, and related platform state to support account continuity, login restoration, cross-page syncing, and feature availability.

  • The platform may use browser storage, WordPress user meta, database records, secure upload systems, and server-side state.
  • Users should log out when using shared devices.
  • MyCreditUW works to separate user data by account, but users should report any unexpected data display immediately.
  • No online system can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted access.

15. Pilot, Beta, and Testing Features

Some MyCreditUW V2 features may be in pilot, beta, testing, simulated, or early-release status. Users participating in pilot testing acknowledge that features may change, produce errors, be limited, or require user feedback.

  • Pilot users may encounter bugs or incomplete workflows.
  • Users are encouraged to report issues through the platformโ€™s report form.
  • MyCreditUW may update, remove, replace, or revise pilot features at any time.
  • Pilot access may be limited, time-based, promotional, or subject to change.

16. Intellectual Property

  • Platform architecture, scoring structures, readiness logic, AI workflows, document workflows, interface designs, partner workflows, branding, and content remain the property of MyCreditUW or its owners.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, or build competing systems from proprietary platform materials.
  • Feedback submitted by users may be used to improve the platform without creating ownership rights for the submitting user.

17. Third-Party Services

MyCreditUW may use third-party tools for payments, memberships, hosting, forms, document uploads, analytics, email, AI processing, or related platform operations.

  • Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
  • MyCreditUW is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, processing failures, or external service limitations.

18. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an โ€œas-isโ€ and โ€œas-availableโ€ basis. MyCreditUW does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, approval outcomes, readiness improvement, AI accuracy, document extraction accuracy, or availability of any specific feature.

  • Users are responsible for independently verifying any information used outside the platform.
  • MyCreditUW is not liable for decisions made by users, partners, lenders, creditors, institutions, or third parties based on platform outputs.
  • MyCreditUW is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate user-entered information, misunderstood readiness outputs, AI-generated errors, uploaded document issues, or third-party decisions.

19. Changes to the Platform or Agreement

MyCreditUW may modify platform features, membership access, AI tools, document workflows, scoring logic, partner visibility rules, pricing, promotional access, or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated terms.

20. Contact and Issue Reporting

Users should report platform problems, incorrect data display, login issues, document issues, or confusing results through the platformโ€™s issue-reporting page or support process.
