Affiliate & Partner Program Terms

These terms protect the MyCreditUW brand, our users, and approved partners. MyCreditUW must be promoted as a readiness and preparation platform — not credit repair, lending, underwriting, or guaranteed funding.

Important: Participation in the affiliate program is manually reviewed. Approval is not automatic.

1. Program Overview

MyCreditUW is a financial readiness and profile preparation platform designed to help users organize, understand, and prepare their financial profile before applying for financial products.

MyCreditUW is not a credit repair company, lender, bank, broker, underwriting platform, funding company, or provider of guaranteed approvals or guaranteed funding.

2. Manual Approval Required

All affiliate and partner applications are manually reviewed. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. MyCreditUW may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any affiliate account at its discretion.

3. Approved Promotional Conduct

Affiliates may promote MyCreditUW through social media, websites, educational content, videos, email marketing, or other appropriate channels. All promotion must be honest, clear, and accurate.

Approved positioning includes readiness, preparation, profile organization, financial awareness, document readiness, and educational guidance.

4. Prohibited Claims

Affiliates may not claim or imply that MyCreditUW provides:

Credit repair
Guaranteed approvals
Guaranteed funding
Guaranteed score increases
Instant loan approvals
Underwriting decisions
Bank, lender, or broker services

Prohibited examples include: “Guaranteed approval,” “Fix your credit fast,” “Instant funding,” “Boost your score,” or “Get approved today.”

5. Referral Tracking

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. Referral activity may be tracked through cookies, affiliate IDs, and platform tracking tools. MyCreditUW does not guarantee attribution in every circumstance, including cases involving expired cookies, browser restrictions, ad blockers, or incomplete tracking.

6. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on qualified and approved referrals. Commissions may remain pending during review, refund grace periods, fraud checks, or compliance checks.

MyCreditUW may reject, reverse, or withhold commissions connected to refunds, chargebacks, abuse, self-referrals, misleading promotion, or violation of these terms.

7. Payouts

During the pilot phase, affiliate payouts are reviewed and processed manually. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and handling any applicable tax obligations.

8. Self-Referral Restrictions

Affiliates may not earn commissions from their own purchases, duplicate accounts, fake referrals, or manipulated activity. Attempts to abuse the referral system may result in account suspension or removal.

9. Brand and Intellectual Property

Affiliates may not impersonate MyCreditUW, create fake official pages, misuse the brand, copy the platform, or represent themselves as employees, lenders, underwriters, or official decision-makers of MyCreditUW.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

MyCreditUW may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for misleading promotion, spam, fraud, policy violations, reputational risk, misuse of the platform, or any conduct that does not align with the program.

11. Program Changes

MyCreditUW may update commission amounts, payout rules, referral tracking rules, approval standards, or these terms at any time.

12. No Earnings Guarantee

MyCreditUW does not guarantee affiliate earnings, conversion rates, approval volume, referral volume, platform availability, or future program availability.

13. Agreement

By applying to or participating in the MyCreditUW Affiliate & Partner Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not apply for or participate in the program.
